Trka oko Grčke 2011 - 4.etapa
Štefan Šafer dolazi do druge uzastopne etapne pobede u Grčkoj, sada u još jednom antičkom mestu Maratonu. Šafer je ovom pobedom preuzeo plavu majicu, obeležje lidera, od Tamuridisa. Grk se još na prethodnoj etapi žalio da Nemci voze prljavo i da su ga namerno oborili, ne bi li mu oteli majicu. Zajedno sa Tamuridisom u tom padu učestvovao je i srpskišamipon, koji je na žalost polomio lakat tom prilikom, i na četvrtoj etapi nije startovao.
I na oovoj etapi srpski biciklisti su se našli u begu. Ivan Stević, nekadašnji svetski B prvak u drumskoj vožnji, ipak nije bio dovoljno dobar da preuzme zelenu majicu od Slovenca Podgornika.
